Chicken salad with honey-lemon juice marinade

Spring and summer are the seasons of salads. After all, what can be tastier than vegetables bursting with vitamins and energy? And if they are picked directly from the garden outside, the joy is twofold. True, salad leaves and vegetables alone are not enough for lunch or dinner for everyone. If you are one of them, top them off with fried chicken or fish. The dish will not lose its nutritional properties, and will be extremely filling at the same time. The secret of soft, juicy chicken is a suitable marinade and TICHĖ natural mineral water is perfect for it, being not only very tasty, but also containing minerals that are extremely useful for a human.

You will need:

  1. ½ lemon;
  2. 4 tablespoons of liquid honey;
  3. 4 cloves of garlic;
  4. salt;
  5. peppers;
  6. 4 tablespoons of olive oil;
  7. 100 ml of TICHĖ natural mineral water;
  8. 2 pieces of chicken fillet;
  9. 100 g of salad mixture;
  10. 1 cucumber;
  11. 6 cherry tomatoes;
  12. 1 avocado;
  13. peppers.


  1. Squeeze the lemon. Pour the liquid honey into the juice.
  2. Chop the garlic very finely, add it to the lemon and honey marinade, and mix well.

  3. Soak both sides of the chicken fillet in the marinade, then place it in a baking tray and place it in a preheated oven.
  4. While the chicken is baking, it’s time to prepare the other ingredients of the salad. Put the salad mixture in a bowl add the sliced cucumber, cut in half cherry tomatoes, and avocado divided into eight parts.
  5. If the chicken has roasted enough and is tender, it is time to take it out of the oven. When it cools down a bit, slice it, place on the salad, and season with pepper. Enjoy!
