10 recipes for fresh and healthy water drinks, ideal for refreshing yourself during summer

You will need:
1 lemon;
1 lime;
Fresh mint or lemon balm leaves;
1.5 litres of TICHĖ non-carbonated natural mineral water.
Preparation:
Peel the lemon and lime, slice it into pieces. Pour the mineral water into a drinking container, add the sliced lemons, then add mint or lemon balm leaves. Mix everything. Place the container in the refrigerator for at least an hour. If it is still not cool enough add ice cubes.

SUMMER TASTE WITH STRAWBERRIES

You will need:
1 lemon;
10 small strawberries;
50 ml of agave syrup;
200 ml of natural orange juice;
fresh mint or lemon balm leaves;
1.5 litres of TICHĖ non-carbonated natural mineral water.
Preparation:
Peel the lemon, slice it into pieces. Pour the mineral water into a drinking container, add the sliced lemons, mint or lemon balm leaves, pour the orange juice, agave syrup and then slice the strawberries in half and add them to the blend. Mix everything. Place the container in the refrigerator for at least an hour. If it is still not cool enough add ice cubes.

DETOX CUCUMBER DRINK

You will need:
1 lime;
1 cucumber;
fresh mint or lemon balm leaves;
1.5 litres of TICHĖ non-carbonated natural mineral water.
Preparation:
Cut the unpeeled lime and cucumber into very thin slices. Pour the mineral water into a drinking container, add the sliced lime and cucumber, then add the mint or lemon balm leaves. Mix everything. Place the container in the refrigerator for at least an hour. If it is still not cool enough add ice cubes.

AUTUMN-LIKE TASTE OF WATER

You will need:
1 apple or orange;
2 cinnamon sticks;
1 tablespoon of brown sugar;
1.5 litres of TICHĖ non-carbonated natural mineral water;
Preparation:
Peel the apple or the orange, cut it into thin slices. Pour the mineral water into a drinking container, add the sliced apple and cinnamon sticks, then add a tablespoon of brown sugar and mix everything. Place the container in the refrigerator for at least an hour. If it is still not cool enough add ice cubes.

A DRINK WITH HERBS

You will need:
a handful of choice herbs: rosemary, basil, thyme;
several celery stalks;
1.5 litres of TICHĖ non-carbonated natural mineral water.
Preparation:
Cut the celery into pieces. Slightly grind the selected herbs in a special ceramic mortar to release the juice. Pour the mineral water into a drinking container, add the sliced celery and selected herbs. Mix everything. Place the container in the refrigerator for at least an hour. If it is still not cool enough add ice cubes.

ICE TEA DRINK

You will need:
0.5 litre of your favourite tea (prepare it in the usual way);
1 litre of TICHĖ non-carbonated natural mineral water;
1 lemon;
1 small ginger root.
Preparation:
Peel the ginger and lemon, cut them into small pieces. Pour the mineral water and ice tea into a drinking container, add the pieces of lemon and ginger. Mix everything. Place the container in the refrigerator for at least an hour. If it is still not cool enough add ice cubes.

ICED COFFEE DRINK

You will need:
0.5 litre of your favourite coffee (prepare it in the usual way);
1 litre of TICHĖ  non-carbonated natural mineral water;
0.5 litre of milk.
Preparation:
Make the coffee without residue in the usual way, after cooling it, pour it into a form for freezing ice cubes, and put it in the freezer for at least a few hours. Pour the mineral water and milk into a drinking container, and add the coffee cubes. If you prefer it sweeter, flavour this ice coffee with sugar or other sweeteners of your choice.

WATERMELON OR MELON SMOOTHIE

You will need:
2 glasses of blended watermelon or melon;
1 litre of TICHĖ non-carbonated natural mineral water;
mint or lemon balm leaves;
1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Preparation:
Peel the watermelon or melon, scoop out the seeds and blend it with a blender. Place the paste in the freezer for an hour for it to freeze a little but not as hard as ice. Pour the mineral water into a drinking container, chop the watermelon or melon paste and also add to the container, add a few mint or lemon balm leaves and pour the lemon juice. Mix everything.

FOR THOSE WHO LOVE “BUBBLES” OR HOMEMADE LEMONADE

You will need:
1 lemon;
a handful of heathberries;
a handful of raspberries;
4 tablespoons of your favourite syrup;
1.5 litres of TICHĖ carbonated natural mineral water.
Preparation:
Slice the orange and the lemon into slices. Pour the mineral water into a drinking container, add the slices of lemon, a handful of blueberries and raspberries, and pour the syrup. Mix everything. Place the container in the refrigerator for at least an hour. If it is still not cool enough add ice cubes.
